Magic Desktop Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

If you have purchased a Magic Desktop license (either a monthly/annual subscription or perpetual), you are eligible for a refund if you request it within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the license has not been activated.
IMPORTANT! Once you activate your Magic Desktop license, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

  1. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at https://www.magicdesktop.com/go/support. Provide us with your order details, including the purchase date and the product key.
  2. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to be completed and reflected in your account.
  3. Once the refund is processed, your license for Magic Desktop will be cancelled.

Refund Limitations and Exceptions

  1. Trial Period: We provide a trial period for Magic Desktop, which is a minimum of 5 days. During this trial period, you are encouraged to fully utilize Magic Desktop and evaluate its features and functionality. Refund requests will be accepted if they are made before activating the license.
  2. Activation of License: Once the license for Magic Desktop has been activated by entering the product key, refund requests will no longer be accepted.
